Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do. I absolutely love doing custom projects and I enjoy hearing about customers ideas, the process from concept drawings to finished product is very time consuming and patience is a must when considering to go down this route. But the end result in my opinion is well worth the wait. Our speciality is custom made heavy duty knife holsters, so if you have a special knife that requires a custom made sheath, please do not hesitate to contact me.
What is your turnaround time?
Average lead time on products is currently around 1-2 weeks. This can change depending on the season, but all orders are done chronologically from the date of receipt. So please do not ask me to put your order to the front of the queue, as your request will be refused.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes. A flat rate of $19.95 AUD for all international orders. Please be aware that shipping times are currently pretty lengthy due to the pandemic, so please be patient.
Do my products come with a warranty?
Yes. While I do not cover against normal wear and tear, all my designs come with a lifetime guarantee. I design and test my products to endure the test of time and am completely confident in my work. Should you have any issues with your product, please get in contact with me immediately and I will do my best to either repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
My item looks different in person to the website images
Every piece of leather is different and each piece has travelled a different path in life. All my product photography is done in a way that attempts to catch the items in their natural colour state (no colour manipulation), but there may be slight variations due to tanning processes. I also avoid incorporating blemishes and scars in my products as these create weak points and can look unsightly.
Where is my leather sourced from?
I only use top quality full grain leathers sourced from either Australian or Italian tanneries.
Can I please have a copy of your design?
No. All of my designs are done in house and to avoid replications, I do not sell my templates.
